So we have been super duper busy for the last few months in preparations for the wedding that took place last Saturday, 25 Jan 2014. I have been restraining myself from writing and blogging earlier so that I did not blow off the whole look for the wedding.
Congratulations again to my bestest of friends, Nonie, on her big day. I am so happy for you and K, thank you for making me your maid-of-honor. Thank you to Myra, my sis and biz partner Aisah, and all the 'gang blakang canteen' of Dunman Sec. Our friendship of over 21 years is endearing and truly treasured.

There are 28 different flowers in the bouquet. Made in the prefered colors of the bride herself. Don't you think she look just perfect?

So, the 'gang' had their own handmade corsages and boutonnieres of course! Did you see the 2 flower corsage? Well, that was MINE!! LOL. A lil special for the maid-of-honor ;p

CANDY BAR
We sourced for all candies in wholesale stores in Sg but ended up buying off from the retails! ;p
Oh, except for the icing biscuits, my sister bought that for a big canister for $40 and had it delivered to our home. Other than that, if you are planning to make your own DIY candy buffet, you can rent the jars from The Love Dovez. We rented 3 jars for $68 but you need to deposit $20 for booking and additional $80 refundable upon returning of the jars.
Our other bestfriend, Dada made the nutella blossoms herself. She has her own baking business called
Vanilla Chocolate. OOOOH!!! You should see all the other bakes by her! YUM!
On a boo-boo note, we totally forgot to tag the jars during setup. Such a bummer cos I spent a long time making those tags!!

Sorry I did not have any pictures of the wool ball garlands and craspedias upclose - I was too busy being maid of honor!! But these are the pics from other guests ;p and what we did for the reception and candy buffet table. I bought a bunch of wool felt balls from
Nepal (online of course!!) and string them into a garland. I absolutely love the balls. They are uber cute!! Oh, yes, we stained the bottles pink ourselves too! Cant really tell from the pics huh...
